With an illustrious career spanning over two decades, Mr. Jay Jelenke stands at the helm of Harava Group, Inc. as its CEO, while simultaneously donning the hat of co-founder at Harava Capital. His expertise encompasses an expansive spectrum of corporate finance, SME consulting, accounting, taxation, and investments.
Mr. Jelenke is well-respected within the accounting, finance and healthcare industries for his prowess as a business advisor consistently unearthing lucrative opportunities with multi-sized entities. His strategic insights and judicious advice have not only magnified profitability and consistently leads to multi-millions in cost savings. His acumen in fostering partnership synergies and guiding portfolio companies towards success is evident in the over $50 million he has secured in project financing and working capital for numerous institutions.
Prior to founding the Harava Group, Inc., Mr. Jelenke served as the Senior Managing Principal for a Washington, D.C. based business and management consulting firm. In his role, he managed a portfolio of client organizations spanning the construction, healthcare, technology, and finance sectors.
Mr. Jelenke holds an MBA from the prestigious New York University Stern School of Business. Additionally, he a possess a certificate from the esteemed Harvard Business School in Healthcare, a certificate from MIT Sloan + CSAIL in Artificial Intelligence, an M.A. in Accounting and Internal Auditing from the University of Maryland, and an honors B.A. from Lagos State University, Nigeria.
