She is responsible for delivering high-quality accounting, financial management, and advisory solutions to clients across diverse industries, helping business owners and management teams improve financial performance, strengthen internal processes, and make informed strategic decisions.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Ajayi Crowther University and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Her professional background combines Big Four experience with hands-on advisory expertise, enabling her to deliver practical, results-oriented solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Olaoluwa began her career at KPMG, where she served as a Withholding Tax Receivable Accountant, gaining valuable experience in taxation, regulatory compliance, financial analysis, and reporting. She later joined Adams and Moore Consulting as a Senior Accounting Consultant, further expanding her expertise in financial management, advisory services, and client engagement.
At Harava, Olaoluwa leads client engagements and oversees the delivery of outsourced accounting, fractional CFO, and strategic business advisory services. Her expertise spans financial statement preparation, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, KPI analysis, and financial process improvement. She works closely with clients to achieve their financial goals, enhance operational efficiency, and support sustainable business growth.
