Yewande serves as a Senior Associate, Client Accounting & Managed Payroll Services at Harava, where she oversees the firm’s Outsourced Payroll Services. She is responsible for delivering payroll management, financial reporting, and compliance solutions to clients across diverse industries, helping organizations maintain operational efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
She is an experienced accounting and payroll professional with expertise in U.S. and international payroll administration, financial reporting, tax compliance, and client accounting services. In addition to her role at Harava, Yewande serves as a Payroll Specialist at Harava Group Inc., where she manages end-to-end payroll operations, full-cycle accounts payable and receivable processes, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting using leading accounting platforms, including QuickBooks and SAP.
Yewande works closely with business owners, executives, and management teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, effective workforce management, and the delivery of reliable financial information that supports informed decision-making.
Prior to joining Harava, Yewande worked as a Tax Consultant with a global professional services firm, where she advised multinational and local organizations on U.S. and Nigerian tax regulations. In this role, she assisted clients with tax planning strategies, regulatory compliance, and the preparation of corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns. She also gained valuable experience managing full-cycle accounting functions for growing businesses across a variety of industries.
Yewande holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and is a certified Accounting Technician (ATSWA). Her blend of payroll, accounting, and tax expertise enables her to provide practical solutions that support organizational growth and compliance.
