Mr. Okezie, Chief Investment Officer and co-founder of Harava Capital, is an accomplished consummate businessman with vast experience in capital investments.
Mr. Okezie served as lead transaction advisor for a $100 million PPP project for a US-based pharmaceutical company. He also served as a Financial Advisor on the acquisition of a Niger-Delta Power Holding Company deal totaling $1.5 billion. Mr. Okezie also negotiated a $600 million consortium deal at the largest private utility in Africa, bidding to acquire Nigeria’s power assets. He conducted financial, operational, market and management on over 30 potential investments throughout Africa, including sector review, risk analysis, and management team audit. At ExxonMobil, he advised management on a $10 million upgrade project for a $800 million offshore assets.
Mr. Okezie led the Vice President of Nigeria in a $35 million investment into the 5th largest banking group in Nigeria totaling a $160 million club deal. He also served as the senior transactor in a $20 million combined follow-on to a $35 million investment in majority shareholder in the largest indigenous oil and gas company in Nigeria.
Mr. Okezie holds an MBA from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University.
