Mr. Sligh has an extensive background in real estate investment and development. Coming from a lineage of real estate gurus, at the age of 12, Brad already owned and managed his first property. After studying at the University of Maryland Business School, he opened and managed Allstate Lending Services, which closed over $1.3 billion in loan volume; a construction company; Cottage Productions, which constructed over $9 million in property; and a real estate holding company, which has over $20 million in assets.

As an avid businessman, Mr. Sligh went on to open Homes Portfolio, a development company, which produced $25 million in real estate. He reorganized that company to include small and medium sized projects, which has completed over $6 million in revenue.

Mr. Sligh brings his expertise in real estate purchasing, investing, and management to Harava.
